An inspiring work of unprecedented magnitude, chronicling the struggles, conflicts, and ultimately triumphs of some people what do stuff. Also, some Brisbane kids talk about Dance Dance Revolution a bit.
Shut Down!!
Heh. 10k Commotion is the victim of a slashdot effect, created by

Hmm... well yesterday I had to drop trusty iBook off for repairs after the harsh brutality that is travelling, so I decided to make a kind of "day" of "it".
Was supposed to meet Tigris & Panic for DDR, but Panic called me up, explaining that because he was a lazy bitch who spent all night snorting cocaine and banging his bitches while luxuriating in a Hello Kitty shaped bathtub filled with 17th century French merlot, he had been up till all hours and would be spending the day sleeping.
Anyway, met up with Tigris, played DDR some, saw T3, went and played more DDR.
There was this guy there who last night on #bas earned the abbreviation PPP. Because he was playing ParaParaParadise. Now, not being one to cast stones and wishing to try the full Bemani/Dancing Game experience, I admit that I have played it ona few occasions, however I found it to be a piece of piss compared to standard doubles in DDR, which is still fucking me like a thing that fucks things.
This guy was about 30, bearded, generously proportioned and knew ALL THE LYRICS to EVERY SONG HE DID. And he had this hip movement that was very, very, very wrong. Sickeningly wrong, actually. Anyway, he periodically looked around to see who was checking his mad l33t PPP skilz out.
Nobody was really, except to laugh and then feel uncomfortable and embarrassed by being in the same hemisphere as him. Most eyes were on the DDR players, of whom there were some better than us. Tigris and I were unfortunate in the lineup (for the machine) in that we went between these two pairs playing MAX300 Challenge, etc. We looked sooooo boring compared to those guys (and girl). I think they may have been RTF but I'm not sure.
Anyway, 10K Commotion. I want to hate it, but I can't. 'Nuff said. Panic and I have made our favourites known to each other and there weren't any surprises there. Damn. Now another randomly updated webcomic to compulsively reload when I'm bored.
